Vegas cheered when Bradley Ogden opened his namesake restaurant in Caesar’s Palace, delighted to have the opportunity to sample the famed Bay-area chef’s “New American Cuisine” outside of California. The restaurant, as with the famous Lark Creek Inn and other Bradley Ogden restaurants, celebrates seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients, weaving them into dishes such as Petaluma Rosie Chicken with buckwheat raviolis, morels, and English peas; and Oak Grilled Prime Beef Ribeye with Maytag soufflé, organic beets, and red wine essence. Since its opening in 2003, Bradley Ogden has proven that it certainly lives up to its name.
