Title: The best restaurant we've ever eaten at.

Review:

This restaurant was exceptional. The food was extraordinary, the service was impeccable and the view can't be beat. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Las Vegas. I only wish we had more time to enjoy as we had tickets to a show so took the early seating and had to leave right away. I would not do that again. I would book later to see the night lights, and take my time to enjoy this wonderful restaurant.

The food was amazing, every single plate I had was absolutely outstanding! I have not tried every restaurant in Vegas but I have had my share of really good restaurants and Alize is by far the best restaurant I have eaten at. Service and courtesy of staff was top notch.

We eloped earlier in the day and chose to celebrate at Alize based on it's great reviews. We were not disappointed at all!!! The service is by far the best I have ever had. At first they were very much professional, but once they realized they could joke and have a little fun with us - our service became outstanding!!! We cannot wait come back and celebrate our anniversary with Alize!

My Daughter took me to Alize, for Mother's day, even tho it was earlier the May 13, however we took advantage of being in Las Vegas and the opportunity to treat me to a wonderful experience.

the 7-course tasting menu with accompanying wine pairings was amazing. not so much that you feel all sleepy and stuffed, but enough so you're ready for an evening of gambling and exploring the palms and the rest of the strip. spectacular views too!

Review:

Most succelent rack of lamb ever, and Dover Sole with Soul. Fois Gras like I've had only in Europe, on a bed of baked pears, sweet but not too, perfect complimentary flavor combination.
