Agave - Restaurant Review
Summerlin’s newest restaurant, Agave, gives guests an explosive Latin experience, redefining traditional Mexican cuisine by integrating chic elements and a pulsating ambiance. The dynamic design of the modish lounge is breathtaking as it transports diners from Las Vegas to Cancun, fusing scrumptious food with live Latin entertainment, and a full bar carrying over 80 fine Agave tequilas. Agave offers reasonable priced tamales, burritos, fajitas, as well as more intricate entrees such as their mouth-watering Shrimp and Crab Stacked Enchiladas. A late-night menu offers playful fare such as Barbequed Duck Quesadillas and Crispy Beef Flautas. Agave is the fun and festive treat for diners who want to break out of the traditional!

Le Burger Brasserie
Address: 3655 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Map)
Only in the Paris could a restaurant transform the everyday burger into a celebrated work of art. At Le Burger Brasserie, the hamburger is a blank canvas, and guests are presented with a palette of options for selecting the bun, the meat, and the condiments. The result is such diverse offerings as the Mediterranean--grilled ground domestic lamb patty with feta cheese, black kalamata olives and avocado--and the Normandy--Fresh ground salmon patty with sautéed mushrooms, provolone cheese, and micro anise. Of course, the true test of any burger joint is a straight up hamburger; at Le Burger Brasserie, the "Le Classique" passes with flying colors.
