Q: What is your corkage fee?: A: Please check the restaurant's Info Page for this information.
Q: How many private rooms are available?: A: Foundation Room has 7 secluded rooms, as well as banquet space.
Q: How many wines by the glass are on the menu?: A: Foundation Room offers 2 Sparkling, 15 White, and 21 Red wines by the glass.
Q: What is the International House of Blues Foundation (IHOBF)?: A: IHOBF is a non-profit organization that provides arts and cultural educational programs, resources and learning experiences by youth. Foundation Room has a new menu featuring a social dining concept with world cuisine, and a portion of the sales from some of the menu items will be donated to the IHOBF Action for the Arts.
Q: What is the dress code?: A: The dress attire for this restaurant is business casual. Shorts, t-shirts, beach and athletic wear will not be permitted. Collared shirts are required for gentlemen. Nice, trendy or designer jeans are permitted.
Q: Do you have cakebread wine by the bottle? If not, what is cork fee?: A: The Foundation Room only carries Cakebread wine by the glass. It's a 2010 Chardonnay from Napa Valley for $20/glass. We allow wines to be brought in also. The corkage fee is $35 per bottle if the wine is not carried at the restaurant. If we supply a bottle you are bringing, the corkage fee is $100 per bottle.
