TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire is the famed Michelin Three Star chef’s only restaurant in the United States, and calls the Mandarin Oriental home. We really enjoyed a unique dining experience - the view is amazing and the food and drinks excellent. We really appreciated the flexibility of the kitchen in providing gluten free options. We will definitely return!
