Verandah Restaurant
Restaurant Review
The Verandah restaurant at the Four Seasons Las Vegas is famous for its weekend brunches. But don’t let that fool you—they have an exquisite American-Italian influenced dinner menu that will take your breath away. Located just south of the strip and part of Mandalay Bay Resorts, the entirely non-gaming hotel has one of the best restaurants in town. Chef Michael Goodman’s culinary expertise is evident in every meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Treat yourself to the “tea menu” one quiet afternoon (yes, of course, cucumber sandwiches!) and for your sweet tooth, Pastry Chef Jean-Luc Dal prepares fresh made ice-creams and desserts that best any Parisian patisserie.

Title: | Not Impressed |
I was expecting better from the Four Seasons than our experience. Firstly, there were not any seafood or meat/poultry items (besides bacon and sausage) at their Sunday Brunch which is pretty unusual for a $35 - $42 (dependant upon choice of drinks) brunch in Las Vegas. Secondly, our service was pretty bad. We had to stack our plates on the table next to us as we did not see our server beyond her checking on us once after we got our food, and then again near the end. The only saving grace is that the food was of high quality and I loved their hot, pecan, caramel rolls. In addition, the atmosphere was also nice, and I felt that the other staff were very polite and accomodating. In my opinion, Cili has the best brunch in town, but not sure how often they offer it. Also, we have been out to Lake Las Vegas' MiraLago Sunday Brunch on numerous occasions, which is quite good and a nice escape on a Sunday afternoon. Overall, we were dissapointed with our Verandah's brunch experience, and we will not be returning and will not suggest it to friends or family.
