Mesa Grill Restaurant
Restaurant Review
The first restaurant of celebrity chef Bobby Flay outside of New York is a unique addition to Caesars Palace’s array of award winning establishments. The 8,800 square foot Southwestern Mesa Grill houses a 28-seat bar and lounge, a three-tiered dining room and a exhibition kitchen. Featuring a pure Southwest cuisine with a high class sensibility, favorites include the New Mexican spice rubbed pork tenderloin and the sweet potato tamale.

Title: | OUTSTANDING MEAL!!!!!!!! |
We recently ate at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas, and it was truly one of the best meals if not the best, that we've ever had. The waiter was friendly, informative and helpful, as was all the rest of the wait staff. The food was truly outstanding, what with the presentation, the taste...everything. I truly have nothing but good, to say about this experience, and next time I'm in Vegas I'll definetly be stopping there again!
