Mesa Grill
Restaurant Review
The first restaurant of celebrity chef Bobby Flay outside of New York is a unique addition to Caesars Palace’s array of award winning establishments. The 8,800 square foot Southwestern Mesa Grill houses a 28-seat bar and lounge, a three-tiered dining room and a exhibition kitchen. Featuring a pure Southwest cuisine with a high class sensibility, favorites include the New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin and the sweet potato tamale.

Title: | You the man Bobby! |
New mexican rub pork tenderloin.... the blue cornbread...Holly guacamole! Been there and did it more than once and every time leaving with the same satisfaction. Spicy and highly recommended. In regards to the gent unhappy with the uptight thingy there.... well he's actually right a little bit... the issue is not with the service itself but more to do with the hostesses in front....
