Tender offers visitors a gentle reprieve from the wild, and a welcoming destination to relax a bit and savor a meal worth crossing the desert for. Rich wood tones and deep red leather upholstery create a warm and inviting space, and the thoughtfully extensive menu encourages diners to stay a while. Artisanal cheese plates comfort the weary traveler, while the Seared Hawaiian Yellowfin Tuna invigorates the senses. A fine cut of steak like the 8oz. American Kobe Wagyu beef might be all one needs to gain the strength to venture back again.

My wife and i make it mandatory to eat here everytime we are in Vegas. The food is brilliant and the service is very attentive and gracious.
