The highly acclaimed San Francisco eatery, Fleur de Lys, has come to The Strip, and continues the tradition of visually show-stopping restaurant spaces in the Mandalay Bay. The venue’s main walls feature a spectacular floral sculpture that uses 3,000 fresh cut roses to produce the image of a leaf. Just as impressive as the setting is the cuisine prepared by famed chef, Hubert Keller. Dishes like the Truffled Onion Soup with a braised duck ragout and black truffles, and the Ground Kobe Beef Fleuburger “Rossini” with sautéed foie gras, and black truffles, touch on the exquisite complexity of flavors Chef Keller masters.

The food and wine pairing were outstanding. Service was excellent. This was a wonderful dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to friends and will be dining here again.
