Ingredients
- 1 C. tomatoes, freshly diced
- 1/3 tsp. garlic, freshly chopped
- 1 Tbsp. basil, freshly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slice(s) ciabatta bread, freshly baked
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, shaved
Directions
- Combine tomatoes, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar and oil.
- Mix together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon tomato mixture gently on top of bread slices.
- Arranged finished bread on a serving plate.
- Garnish with Parmesan shavings on top.
