Nobu, inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, brings the allure of finely crafted Japanese fare to the Nevada desert. This tasty marriage of elements can be seen in dishes like the popular Fresh Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno. Nobu’s inspiring cuisine is enjoyed within a similarly rousing space designed by David Rockwell himself. The hand-laid river rock wall feature is a highlight for guests, and other design elements like room dividers made of bamboo fronds create a lusciously serene atmosphere in which to dine.

Piero's Italian Cuisine

Piero’s Italian Cuisine was opened by Freddie Glusman in 1982, and five years later it moved to its current location, which is conveniently located steps away from the Las Vegas Convention Center and walking distance from The Strip. It has been providing classic Italian food from the same menu since it opened. Dishes include Saltimbocca Alla Romana, which is veal and prosciutto with sage and white wine and Agnolotti Freschi alla Crema which is country-fresh pasta stuffed with spinach and served with a cream sauce. The restaurant has six dining rooms decorated with original artwork and huge floral displays on antique pine tables. Seeing celebrities and politicians at Piero’s is a common occurrence.

Hofbräuhaus

DIRECT FROM MUNICH! This faithful reproduction of the famous Hofbrauhaus Munchen will not disappoint your craving for Bavarian food, beer, and entertainment. Hand-painted ceilings and communal dining tables will greet you in the beer hall. Fully costumed German musicians entertain and interact with guests, especially those visiting for a special occasion. The beers are all brewed in Munich. Dinner specials highlight an already ample menu full of wursts and schnitzels and strudels. Come early and start your evening with a freshly baked pretzel and a Hofbrau Original Lager, both imported from Munich.
