Service here is first-rate and expect to enjoy at least one dish that is finished by your waiter at the side board. Il Mulino also serves traditional Italian desserts that are among the very best in Las Vegas.

Their dishes range from very traditional to truly unique, and all exhibit attention to detail, and care for each ingredient. Featuring an oyster bar in front of the restaurant, a lengthy martini menu, as well as a dizzying all-Italian wine list, Penazzi is an unforgettable experience.

Seablue belongs to Michael Mina's restaurant group, but maintains a unique identity thanks to Chef Stephen Hopcraft's adherence to Mina's vision. Ensconced on a prestigious restaurant row in the MGM Grand, the Mediterranean-influenced seafood restaurant has been drawing conventioneers and locals since 2003. The space is appropriately oceanic, with shimmering water walls and coral murals. Jet-fresh sea creatures are skewered, grilled over apricot wood, and served in Moroccan tagines. Even simply marinated, the clarity of flavor in the premium ingredients is evident. Befitting a Michael Mina restaurant, presentation is stellar. Desserts offer the same seasonal commitment and Mediterranean accents.
