Overal Rating: 8 Jasmine

Address: 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Map)

Jasmine

Chef Philip Lo claims to have "the most beautiful Chinese restaurant in the world." After a meal at Jasmine, it's hard to disagree. Jasmine is quite probably the best place in Las Vegas for a romantic meal. It is also the only place in Las Vegas that features the nouveaux Hong Kong cuisine of Chef Philip Lo. Lo, who has been named one of "America's Outstanding Chefs" by Chefs in America draws on the sheer depth of Cantonese cuisine to deliver modern interpretations of classic Chinese food. With the Bellagio fountain show as a backdrop, a winning wine list, chic food and a decor that is dizzyingly beautiful, Jasmine is a must for lovers of Asian cuisine.

Overal Rating: 7 Blossom

Address: 3730 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Map)

Blossom

Dining at Blossom, in Aria Resort and Casino, is like being transported to a mythical land in the Far East. The restaurant’s design gives it the feel of a tranquil Chinese garden, with separate motifs to give the diner a customized Chinese dining experience. The first is a trellised sunken garden area, separating the diner from the rest of the restaurant for a slightly more intimate dining experience. The second is a circular banquette seating area where guests are surrounded by a cage like enclosure. The atmosphere highlights the traditional Chinese cuisine served with a modern twist, cultivated by Executive Chef Chi Kwun Choi.
