Located inside the multi-billion dollar Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino, Wing Lei offers an upscale, sit-down style Chinese dining experience that is a far cry from buffets and takeout. Executive Chef Richard Chen takes a fresh approach to Chinese cuisine by featuring traditional Chinese dishes that are flavored with non-Asian ingredients and prepared using a mix of Cantonese, Shanghai and Szechwan cooking styles. House specialties include crisp walnut prawn drenched in a sweet honey sauce, stir-fried black cod and spicy kung pao chicken. The 152-seat restaurant features many unique design features including a rare Botero sculpture, a 100-year-old pomegranate tree and an onyx bar. Seats covered in velvet, tables topped in white linen and doorways trimmed in gold only add to the sophisticated setting.
