R Steak & Seafood is classic Vegas dining in a nutshell. Located at the Riviera, this steakhouse serves traditional American cuisine in an intimate atmosphere nightly. Only open for dinner, R Steak & Seafood offers appetizers like Crab Cakes and Fried Calamari, as well as a selection of soups and salads. Using only the freshest ingredients, the main entrée section of the menu includes steaks and chops in the form of filet mignon, prime rib, rib eye, and porterhouse. Aside from red meat options, R Steak & Seafood offers poultry and seafood entrees, like Frenched Chicken Breast and Chilean Sea Bass. Happy Hour is available twice a day, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. then again from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with food and drink discounts as well as a special appetizer menu.
