Had family in town the other day for a vacation so we thought we'd go to a nice dinner. first we tried going to NOras Italian restaurant but the wait was like 45 minutes so we decided to go to the Hilton and hit up Casa NIcola - Italian food. I'm glad we did, because it was a nice dinner. The Alrfedo pasta with Shrimp is amazing, mix in a little wine and I was complete. Best of all was the staff and manager. Evrybody that works there is very friendly and helpful, unlike many of the other gourmet restaurants in Vegas that I have eaten at. Donna was the manager and you could tell that she has been running this place for a while, great atmosphere and we'd recommend Casa Nicola to anybody. Thanks for the nice dinner, as my family really enjoyed their night out with me in Vegas.. Jim
