In the heart of Sin City lies a culinary haven for simple yet sophisticated fare that indulges the child within while catering to the mature palate. The Burger Bar is the work and genius of internationally acclaimed Chef Hubert Keller, and reflects his keen eye for detail, quality, and flavor. We all crave the simpler pleasures in life: a thick, juicy burger with all the fixings and a decadently sweet drink to follow, and the Burger Bar delivers. The refined diner in us demands quality above all else; options like the Country Natural and American Kobe Beef burgers are excellence in a bun. From a frothy milkshake to a heady beer, finding satisfaction here is a simple order indeed.
We had two burger meals in Vegas... Strip Burger and Hubert Keller's Burger Bar. For the price we paid at the Burgar bar, I expected a little more. My wife and I both had the Kobe beef burger. The flavors were good, but we felt the overall burger was nothing spectacular. We also tried the fry sampler ( zucchini fries, fat fries, and onion rings) the fat fries were very good the rest were so so. There was so much breading that it made the flavor get lost in grease and breading. It does have a huge selection of beer and the atmosphere is like an upscale sports bar. Overall not a bad experience just expected a little more sophisticated flavor profile especially for the price.
