Eric P. Larsen is a former staff writer for the Key West Citizen and Island News. He was the assistant managing editor of the Islamorada (Florida) Free Press. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, he was the head brewer at Kelly McGillis' "Kelly's Caribbean Bar, Grill & Brewery." He has visited more than 30 countries in the Caribbean, Europe and Africa. Larsen lives with his wife, Nina, and four parrots. His hobbies include SCUBA, woodworking, and duplicating gourmet recipes in his kitchen.
