Overal Rating: 10 TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire

Address: 3752 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89158 (Map)

TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire

New Restaurants TWIST by Pierre Gagnaire is the famed Michelin Three Star chef’s only restaurant in the United States, and calls the Mandarin Oriental home. Forbes Five-Star awarded TWIST invites guests to dine among the stars—the restaurant showcases sculptural globe lighting that hangs from the ceiling and mimics the whimsical glow of twilight. 20-foot windows also provide a spectacular view from the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental, while platform seating ensures every table in the TWIST dining room enjoys a premium vantage point over the Las Vegas Strip. When one descends TWIST’s glass staircase while looking out upon the twinkling desert, it only cements the point that one has, in fact, transcended to a higher dining plane. Chef Pierre Gagnaire’s innovative cooking engages the senses and excites the imagination by exploring traditional French cuisine through modern interpretations. Each dish is both familiar yet completely new in the way its presentation pleases the eye and its flavor profile arouses the palate. Specialties like the Foie Gras Degustation attract seasoned gastronomes, while the restaurant’s renowned selection of premium steaks and chops never disappoints. Many diners build their TWIST experience around the Three Course Tasting Menu, and some take it to an entirely new level with the truly lavish Six Course Tasting option. Visitors look forward to reaching the stars at TWIST.

Nobhill Tavern

Top 10 Best Restaurants Recommended Restaurant Click for Special Offer While most travel to Las Vegas for the gambling, shows, and overall appeal of lounging by a pool in the balmy desert heat with drink in hand, there are those that seek to indulge in the plethora of dining choices during their stay. While you could stick with the basic buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner that seem to run rampant, it would be a great disservice to yourself and your travel buddies if you missed out on one of the best food and drink selections that Vegas has to offer. Located inside the MGM Grand and lead by James Beard award-winning chef Michael Mina, the Nobhill Tavern is unlike any place you’ve ever been before. Its classic tavern feel is paired with a sophistication that rivals any 5-star restaurant, and the fare is a perfect blend of American comfort and succulent seafood dishes that will transport your palate straight to the East Coast, where feasting on some butter poached Maine lobster is just another Friday night by the water. If you aren’t a seafood fan, fret not. Under main dishes you’ll find the American Kobe Burger which is served on their house-baked bun with onions sautéed in balsamic, cheddar cheese, and a “secret sauce” that will keep you guessing long after you’ve retired to your hotel room.

Address: 3500 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Map)

Max Brenner

New Restaurants Recommended Restaurant Click for Special Offer “Chocolate by the Bald Man”. A bold and enticing statement if ever there was one. In a world increasingly obsessed with weight and health, two Israeli chocolatiers are boldly bucking trend. Named after its two founders, Max Fichtman and Oded Brenner, Max Brenner. With equal parts rich decadence and fanciful whimsy, this chocolate chain is melting the hearts of both young and old. But it isn’t all sweets and lavish desserts, pop in to try Molly’s White Corn Croquettes, with house seasoned white corn & machego cheese balls dusted in panko bread crumbs & lightly fried. Or perhaps the Sloppy Max is more your style, served with bbq pulled pork & creamy slaw on soft brioche style bun (with waffle fries on the side, dusted with chili and cocoa powder!). Of course, when the word ‘chocolate’ is the first word in your mission statement, you’d better believe you can get a healthy dose of that at Max Brenner!
