Title: Wow. Simply wow.
Review:

The ambiance, service, food, and wine were memorable. The overly simplified descriptions on the menu do not prepare you for the complexity, subtleties, and creativity of the dishes. We ordered the charcaturie plate. Fantastic! Quail that was perfectly caramelized. Pork Belly cooked sous-vide (extremely slow cooked in a plastic bag) what was like butter on the inside and, contrary to traditional sous-vide, wonderfully seared on the outside. And their, oh-my-god, chocolate tart. Wow!!! We were equally lucky with the wine, too. We had an amazingly priced 2003 Medoc the sommelier had found only a few bottles remaining of and added to the wine menu at a price to move. After offering the sommelier a taste of our bottle, I'm sure the price went up. Sorry.... For a memorable experience, all around, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Title: Nobhill Tavern before New Years
Review:

Stepping into the lavishly mirrored main dining room at 10:00 PM we were surrounded by innumerable well-dressed diners, both with and without New Years party hats. My date and I were seated at a small table where she could people-watch the other diners directly and I could comment about them through mirror. The menu posted on the internet (which was the main draw for us) was different than the menu we received, but equally intriguing. After selecting sturgeon (what a perfect end-of-the-year meal)my waiter knowledgabley recommended an Oregonian Pinot Noir for about $17 a glass which we both ordered. The rich wine which had a complex bouqet which brought to mind the warm feelings of oven baked bread in a homestead kitchen. For an appetizer, we split a tender half quail between ourselves and then enjoyed the wine along with Auld Lang Syne conversation. Finally, the entrees arrived and I was treated to a generous portion of sturgeon steak sitting on top of thinly sliced potatoes in ... Full Review

Title: Fantastic Food..Attentive Staff.. Highly Enjoyable
Review:

We had a party of 10. Our waiter was FANTASTIC. Very attentive without hovering or smothering! The menu selection was broad, so everyone could find somehting that interested them. I've gotta recommend the sampler appetizer if you have a group. Incredible value and makes the decision easy for the table. You must try the grilled cheese with tomato soup fondue. Could be a meal by itself. Simply incredible. What's not to like about truffle oil Mac'n Cheese? From steak to fish....the entire table was delighted. Dessert....doughnuts with chocolate and carmel sauce and carmel ice cream...to classic creme brule. You can't make a poor choice!

Title: great special occasion or customer dining
Review:

Relaxing interior, comfy seating, enough space between tables to have private conversations, excellent wine list combined with their menu and specials made it a great evening. It is a long walk from the front of the hotel to the restaurant, but worth the hike. Most definately a do again.

Title: Great choice in Las Vegas
Review:

I picked this restaurant by hunting websites for reviews. I'm not fussy in that regard. Nobhill Tavern was highly-rated but not the highest-rated restaurant I saw, but I liked the name and the description, so why not. My experience more than met my expectations. I was entertaining a client and some colleagues, and everyone thought the restaurant was terrific. We shared an appetizer sampler, and I had a main course, a salad, and some sides, so I had a chance to taste several different items. Everything I put in my mouth was delicious. The atmosphere was classy, the service was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and to everyone!

Title: Excellent Food and Atmosphere
Review:

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Nobhill Tavern and it was the best birthday dinner I have ever had!! The food was so good. The Tomato Fondue was excellent. It's their spin on tomato soup and grilled cheese. My husband and I both had the Braised Beef with the Truffled Mac n Cheese and Creamed Corn. It was definitely worth the money. Our server was very attentive and made our experience there special. Next time I am out in Vegas I am going back for sure.
