Jasmine
Address: 3600 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
Chef Philip Lo claims to have "the most beautiful Chinese restaurant in the world." After a meal at Jasmine, it's hard to disagree. Jasmine is quite probably the best place in Las Vegas for a romantic meal. It is also the only place in Las Vegas that features the nouveaux Hong Kong cuisine of Chef Philip Lo. Lo, who has been named one of "America's Outstanding Chefs" by Chefs in America draws on the sheer depth of Cantonese cuisine to deliver modern interpretations of classic Chinese food. With the Bellagio fountain show as a backdrop, a winning wine list, chic food and a decor that is dizzyingly beautiful, Jasmine is a must for lovers of Asian cuisine.

Pearl
Address: 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
Pearl at the MGM has elevated Chinese food to fine dining. This modern Chinese restaurant is understated, and quite adept at holding its own among the glitz of Las Vegas. They do it without a celebrity chef. They do it without an adjoining nightclub or flair bar. They do it through the use of fresh ingredients, simple, but elegant presentation, and extremely efficient, attentive, and consistent service. The food is beautiful, and the restaurant comfortable, as well as nicely appointed.

Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare
Address: 3131 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV 89109
Award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta distinguishes his namesake restaurant in the Wynn with rustic, yet elegant, Italian coastal cuisine. The live seafood flown in daily from the Mediterranean is show-stopping. That alone, combined with startlingly authentic ingredients such as Sicilian olive oil and imported porcini mushrooms, makes Bartolotta a must-eat. The gorgeous al fresco dining space overlooks a dreamy lagoon, and a whimsical, two-level indoor dining room is a must-see. Understated, but still decadent, the AAA-Four-Diamond-rated restaurant is the closest diners will get to the shores of Italy on this side of the Strip.
