Piero’s Italian Cuisine was opened by Freddie Glusman in 1982, and five years later it moved to its current location, which is conveniently located steps away from the Las Vegas Convention Center and walking distance from The Strip. It has been providing classic Italian food from the same menu since it opened. Dishes include Saltimbocca Alla Romana, which is veal and prosciutto with sage and white wine and Agnolotti Freschi alla Crema which is country-fresh pasta stuffed with spinach and served with a cream sauce. The restaurant has six dining rooms decorated with original artwork and huge floral displays on antique pine tables. Seeing celebrities and politicians at Piero’s is a common occurrence.

The P.U.B. also offers liquid refreshment in the form of specialty cocktails, a dizzying array of beer, and a surprisingly comprehensive wine list. They also have the one drink that no American bar could be without: A can of Pabst in a brown bag.
