Overal Rating: 4 Le Burger Brasserie

Address: 3655 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Le Burger Brasserie

Only in the Paris could a restaurant transform the everyday burger into a celebrated work of art. At Le Burger Brasserie, the hamburger is a blank canvas, and guests are presented with a palette of options for selecting the bun, the meat, and the condiments. The result is such diverse offerings as the Mediterranean--grilled ground domestic lamb patty with feta cheese, black kalamata olives and avocado--and the Normandy--Fresh ground salmon patty with sautéed mushrooms, provolone cheese, and micro anise. Of course, the true test of any burger joint is a straight up hamburger; at Le Burger Brasserie, the "Le Classique" passes with flying colors.

Overal Rating: 4 Fusia

Address: 3900 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Fusia

Fusia sits quietly at the Mandalay Place shopping area between the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. It’s not a hot spot for celebrity viewing, it’s not open daily, nor does it have its own requisite nightclub. What it has is ambiance, combined with beautifully executed Asian fusion cuisine. From the starters, to the specialties, to the sushi menu, the food shows imagination, combined with a respect for the ingredients, and remaining true to them. It is romantic; the food and the atmosphere contribute to a total experience that is truly a "don't miss."
