Onda - Restaurant Review
Located inside The Mirage, Onda is the second Vegas locale of Todd English, whose is also known for Olives restaurant in Boston and down the Strip at the Bellagio. The menu starts with basic ingredients of the Italian countryside with entrees like garlic encrusted sea bass with spinach and chicken saltimbocca. Add a wide array of California and Italian wines and some sweet temptations at the end of the meal and you have got a favorite among locals and diners looking for authentic Italian cuisine.
