Piero's Italian Cuisine
Restaurant Review
Piero’s Italian Cuisine was opened by Freddie Glusman in 1982, and five years later it moved to its current location, which is conveniently located steps away from the Las Vegas Convention Center and walking distance from The Strip. It has been providing classic Italian food from the same menu since it opened. Dishes include Saltimbocca Alla Romana, which is veal and prosciutto with sage and white wine and Agnolotti Freschi alla Crema which is country-fresh pasta stuffed with spinach and served with a cream sauce. The restaurant has six dining rooms decorated with original artwork and huge floral displays on antique pine tables. Seeing celebrities and politicians at Piero’s is a common occurrence.

Title: | Restaurant review |
Has the look of the 70's/80's with tigetr design carpet. The atmosphere was great as was the service. We had steak and it was perfect, we will go back the next time we are in town. Also, Joe at the door is a throwback to the wiseguys of the 60's, he has the voice and the attitude to put the finishing touches on an already great place
