Nobu, inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, brings the allure of finely crafted Japanese fare to the Nevada desert. Executive Chef Nobu Matsuhisa balances classic Japanese technique with innovative flavor and ingredient combinations to create a satisfying fusion of East and West. This tasty marriage of elements can be seen in dishes like the popular Fresh Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno. Nobu’s inspiring cuisine is enjoyed within a similarly rousing space designed by David Rockwell himself. Sushis were Ok but the kid serving us was an idiot wich made the entire experience very unpleasant. Treated us like morons... For those who are wondering about the ethics of eating Japanese, yes you can eat Sushi as your appetizer or your main course or whenever and however you want it....don't listen to the idiots trying to push for a main dish if your in just for Sushi.... expensive and certainly not worth it. Avoid, you'll regret it. Santana was good though....
