Tao, in the luxurious Venetian Hotel Casino, has made a splash in Las Vegas since opening in 2005. Their menu of “Pan-Asian” cuisine has been lauded on many fronts and features influences from China, Japan, Thailand, and Korea. One taste and it’s clear why – Tao is sexy, and their food is solid. It’s beautifully prepared, and quickly and efficiently delivered. An extensive wine list, and lengthy sake menu that encompasses hot and cold sakes ensures that those who wish for something special have a wealth from which to select. Tao effectively shows what exciting, beautiful dishes may be found, waiting for the adventuresome diner to experience.
