BOA Steakhouse

BOA is a refreshingly unpretentious steakhouse. Serving classic steakhouse fare in a decidedly un-classic setting, BOA brings a fresh, modern face to the “surf and turf” dining concept. While you’ll find all the old favorites—petit filet mignon, dry-aged New York strip, Maine and Australian lobster—creative fare also peppers the menu. Begin with the Truffle “Nachos,” made with Yukon gold potato chips and imported truffle cheese. Other tasty choices are the Goat Cheese Baklava and the Tuna Carpaccio. But the ultimate decadence may just be the foie gras butter you’ll find gracing your Kobe Steak.

Located atop Caesar's Palace Forum Shops, Il Mulino offers excellent northern Italian dishes paired with excellent wine and impeccable service. This outpost of the ever-popular Third Avenue-based ristorante is a hit with both visitors and locals. Their hors d'oeuvres are rightfully famous as are their daily specials. Service here is first-rate and expect to enjoy at least one dish that is finished by your waiter at the side board. Il Mulino also serves traditional Italian desserts that are among the very best in Las Vegas.

PURE is Caesar’s Palace’s top pick for exciting nightlife entertainment. It has been named the number one night club in the country by E! Entertainment, and there’s plenty of reasons why. Comprised of four different venues and overlooking the Vegas off strip, there are endless possibilities of wild fun. There’s live entertainment from music artists at the Lax and usually celebrity will be spotted wandering around. Get some sun and a little wet at the Venus Pool, have a wild party at Dick’s with the famous Taco guy, or live it up on stage bars during Coyote Ugly performances. The DJ’s on the dance floor are always spinning the popular tunes and the sultry hues of light create an ambiance for a very hot night.
