The two-sided wall of water is breathtaking, the limestone walls and ultra-suede booths are sophisticated, and the massive circular caviar and Champagne bar is intoxicating. And while all these things are enticing, the menu really hits the spot. Elegant dishes like the Kobe Carpaccio, the 16oz. Bone-In Filet Mignon, and the Alaskan King Crab bring it all down to a very palatable size.
