Making Breakfast Cool Again

While it’s hardly news that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, school officials, teachers, parents, and students alike are paying more attention than ever to the role breakfast actually plays in our kids’ educational development. Javier Hernandez, of the New York Times, discusses in this November 16th article how school-funded free breakfast programs have gained a new level of success since they’ve taken the meals out of the cafeteria and into the classroom.
