Brazil is a country proud of its accomplishments. From their championship soccer to their world famous party Carnivale to their goucho-inspired barbeque cuisine “Churrascaria”, Brazillians have every right to be proud. And Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin carries on the Churrascaria tradition of rotisserie barbeque.
Via Brasil offers fourteen different types of meat and a gourmet salad bar with hot and cold options, all for one fixed price. They also have happy hour from 5:00pm-7:00om Monday through Saturday with discounted appetizers and drinks, as well as a special ‘Ladies Night’ on Thursdays featuring drink specials on Margaritas, Caipirinhas, and Sangrias. They are also offering special offers for holidays, like Thanksgiving. Because let’s face it- Thanksgiving can be a hassle. Sure it’s great to see (some of) your relatives, but prepping all those side dishes, and worrying about cooking the meat just right can get overwhelming, taking all the fun out of this family function.
So you aren’t in the mood to cook this year. You don’t have time or maybe this time you’re just looking for something different: you want traditional fare with a bit of a twist, but don’t know how to go about it. Well… let’s talk turkey. Why not take the shuttle to award-winning Via Brasil Steakhouse and let them do the work for you? This year they’re presenting a traditional feast in a “Rodizio” style. This holiday meal features roasted turkey cut right at your table with all the fixin’s we’ve come to know and love over the years-- corn, stuffing, etc. If you’re looking for something a little different, they will have all of their meats available, as well as their gourmet salad bar. They will even have special holiday hours to accommodate you and yours: 11:00am to 3:00pm for an amazing lunch, and 3:00pm to 9:00pm for their delicious dinner.
